Returns policy

In the unlikely event that an item may need to be repaired, I will repair pieces purchased through www.karlwilder.london at no charge for up to 9 months for Mala and 3 months for bracelets following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 9 months for Mala, and 3 months for bracelets repairs (will be subject to charge).  Please contact me with specific repair requests to determine whether a repair can be accommodated.  All associated delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
