Your Energy Gates Chakra locations

What place do the Seven Chakras have in my life?

You’ve probably heard people talking about the seven chakras. They are often referenced in the context of emotional healing or meditation practice. However, you may have found the concept of chakras confusing. What place it might have in your life? It turns out, everyone can work with Chakras, not just experts.

Each Chakra has a unique vibrational frequency which correlates to different stones and crystals that are found naturally on our planet. By having a small understanding of the seven Chakras and by wearing certain stones and crystals you can enhance your life in surprising ways.

The significance of an Energy Gates (Chakra)

The word Chakra is Sanskrit for ‘Wheel”. They are located throughout your body and are powerful energy centres.  They regulate all parts of your bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease and they can become blocked or out of sync, which can negatively impact your physical and psychological health.

Think of a physical machine, if there is a part missing or a cog becomes loose it is unable to perform properly and over time these broken parts inevitably lead to a full breakdown.

The network of Chakras works in a similar way. Blocked or misaligned Chakras are linked to unhappiness and stagnation, and learning how to identify and work with your Chakras allows you to quickly notice blockages and solve them.

BALANCING YOUR CHAKRAS

You can heal and balance your Chakras through various methods such as meditation techniques, Yoga, healing stones and crystals.

Each stone and crystal vibrates with its own unique energy and by harnessing that energy you can begin to recalibrate your Chakras and aid the healing of your physical and mental issues.

If you are new and starting out in this field, I would suggest starting off with the Root Chakra as this is the foundation Chakra. And as we all know a strong foundation Leads to a durable structure
